Q: How do I create a poster?

Creating your personalised poster is easy: click "Create map" or choose an event. Upload your GPX or FIT file or pick a ready-made route under Events. Adjust colours, text and format to your liking. Check the live preview. Add the poster to your cart and complete your order. The whole process only takes a few minutes!

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely via Mollie.

Q: What paper is used for printing?

We use exclusively premium paper with a weight of 200g/m². The paper is FSC-certified and printed with high-quality, light-resistant inks. This keeps the colors of your poster vibrant for years.

Q: How long does delivery take?

Within Germany and the EU your poster arrives in 3–5 business days, framed in 4–6 business days – counted from your order, production included. Delivery to the UK and Switzerland takes a little longer. The digital download is available immediately. As soon as your poster is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number.

Can I cancel my order?

Since every product is made according to your individual specifications, cancellation is unfortunately not possible. Production begins immediately after payment is received. Please check all details in the preview carefully before purchasing.

Map and track posters come in 21 × 29,7 · 30 × 45 · 50 × 70 · 70 × 100 cm. All posters are also available as a digital download (PDF), from 16,90 €.

What paper is used for printing?

Are the posters framed?

Yes, if you like: map and track posters are also available ready-framed – in a slim black aluminium frame with shatterproof acrylic glass, ready to hang, from 46,99 €. We ship framed posters to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Spain.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the product:

Digital download: immediately after ordering
Poster: 3–5 business days (Germany & EU)
Framed poster: 4–6 business days (Germany & EU)
UK & Switzerland: 4–8 business days

Times count from your order and include production. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your poster has shipped.

What file formats are supported?

We support the following formats:

GPX – The standard GPS format
FIT – The Garmin/ANT+ tracking format

Large and multiple files at once are also supported.

How do I get my GPX file?

Most fitness apps allow exporting GPX or FIT files:

Strava: Open activity → "..." → "Export as GPX"
Garmin: Open Connect → activity → gear icon → "Export" → "GPX" or "FIT"
Komoot: Open tour → "More" → "Download as GPX"

What happens to my data?

Your GPS data is used exclusively to create your poster. The data is processed in your browser and never uploaded to our server. We do not share any data with third parties.
