Important note: Personalised posters
Personalised map posters created to your individual specifications (e.g. using your GPX data, a Strava activity or with custom text) are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB). These products are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned.
In the case of digital content (e.g. PDF downloads), the right of withdrawal may lapse prematurely under the conditions set out in Section 356(5) of the German Civil Code (BGB) (see below for details).
The following information sets out consumers’ statutory right of withdrawal. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor related to their self-employed professional activity (Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB)).
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For contracts relating to the supply of goods, the cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last item.
For contracts for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the model withdrawal form provided below.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any event within fourteen days. We will make this refund using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.
In the case of goods, we may withhold a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned them.
You must return the goods without delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Exclusion and early expiry of the right of withdrawal
Exclusion for personalised goods: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive (Section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code (BGB)). This applies to all personalised map posters based on GPX data, Strava activities or individual design choices.
Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content: The right of withdrawal for digital content expires early if we have commenced performance of the contract after you have given your express consent and confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance of the contract begins.
General information on returning goods
- — Please ensure that the goods are not damaged or soiled. Please return the goods in their original packaging. For posters, we recommend using a sturdy shipping tube or a reinforced cardboard box.
- — Please do not return the goods carriage forward.
- — The above information is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
If you wish to cancel the contract, you can fill in this form and return it to us. You are not required to use this form.
