Information on the right of withdrawal for consumers
Important notice regarding personalized products
At Track To Print, you order personalized posters custom-made according to your specifications.
According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB (German Civil Code), there is no right of withdrawal for goods manufactured according to customer specifications.
This means: Once you place your order with your personal GPS data and individual design settings, you can no longer withdraw from the order as production begins immediately.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer
This applies to all Track To Print products, as each poster is created individually according to your GPS data and design specifications.
What does this mean in practice?

✗ Exchange is not possible for personalized products

✓ In case of production errors or defects, statutory warranty rights naturally apply

Frequently asked questions about the right of withdrawal
Can I cancel my order?
No. Since your poster is custom-made according to your specifications, production begins immediately after the order is received. Withdrawal or cancellation is then no longer possible.
What if I don't like the poster?
Please carefully check the preview of your poster before ordering. As this is a product personalized according to your wishes, exchange for aesthetic reasons is not possible.
What happens in case of production errors?
In case of defects or production errors, statutory warranty rights naturally apply. We will exchange defective products free of charge or refund the purchase price.
How can I ensure that everything is correct?
Before ordering, you will receive a detailed preview of your poster. Please carefully check all information (text, date, route) before completing your order.
